The Siffring Guarantee

Siffring Landscaping & Garden Center LLC is committed to our client's satisfaction.  We offer the following guarantees on our plant materials.

Trees – All deciduous and evergreen trees are guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase or installation.  If a plant is showing signs of problems, we will extend the guarantee to make sure the tree survives.

Shrubs, Shrub Roses & Perennials – All are guaranteed for one (1) year from date of purchase or installation. 

Annuals, Herbs, Vegetables, Bulbs, Seeds, Tropicals and Grafted Roses – These plants are guaranteed to be true to name and description.  We guarantee them to be healthy when they leave our garden center.  After that, the plant's health is in the customer and mother nature’s hands.

During these guarantee periods, if a plant would experience a problem from disease or insects, we do require that the owner treat the plant to encourage the plant's return to a healthy condition. 

Problems with your plantings? – If you are experiencing problems with your recently purchased tree or shrub, we ask that you let us know.  The most efficient way to reach us is by sending us a picture electronically.  Just email us a photo and one of our staff members will contact you quickly with a diagnosis and suggestions.  Make sure you include your name, address and telephone number.
